A supportive pathway toward a confident and lasting return to work

At OhMP, we help individuals re-establish their place in a professional environment where they can bring out the best version of themselves, even during challenging times.

Since 2016, AG Insurance and Oh My People have partnered to offer tailored, forward-thinking support that reflects each person’s unique reality. This program is available to employers insured by AG under certain Income Care plans.

Our objective
To promote well-being, reinforce individual strengths, and facilitate a lasting return to work, with full consideration for each person’s boundaries and natural pace of progress.

Our core principles
• The person is at the center, always.
• Our priority is meaningful recovery, before any return to work, always.
• Support is adapted to the individual’s specific needs, always.
• Everything shared during sessions is strictly confidential, always.

Dutch, English, or French? Of course, pas de probléme.
Our program is delivered seamlessly in all three languages, whether in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format, based on the preferences of the person being supported.

AG surveys the participant at multiple points throughout the program. The results provide an outstanding report for Oh My People.

Each individual journey begins after the registration of the employee by AG Insurance. As soon as the request is received, we schedule an initial welcome meeting, where we introduce our approach and explain the process.

Once the person chooses to take part, a dedicated support professional is immediately assigned. Within 5 working days, they schedule a first session to initiate the support process. During this conversation, we explore together what is possible and meaningful for the individual, and co-create a personalized action plan, based on their current capacities and resources.

We move forward at the person’s own pace, first focusing on well-being and recovery. When they feel ready and sufficiently grounded, we begin preparing together for a gradual return to professional activity.

Once the return has started, we provide ongoing follow-up for up to 3 months, to ensure a smooth and sustainable reintegration.

The materials used during the process will be sent to your home.

Why support is needed before and after returning to work:

Returning to work after a difficult period can be a real challenge. Here are some common obstacles faced by those trying to reintegrate into their roles, along with feelings that many may experience:
