  • Addressing team conflict : Recognize dynamics and practice facilitating open dialogue and constructive team discussions.

  • Communicating effectively : learn to give and receive powerful feedback in tense contexts.

  • Dealing with inappropriate behaviour : work with a structured step-by-step plan and collaborate with the parties involved.

  • Intervision : discuss concrete cases from your own practice and learn from each other.
