Setting Boundaries in a World That Never Stops

Workshop: Setting Boundaries in a World That Never Stops

Theme

Knowing that you should set better boundaries is one thing.
Actually doing it in everyday life is another.

In this workshop, participants become more aware of their own patterns: why saying “yes” becomes automatic, where their energy gets scattered, and how to regain more control over their time, attention, and energy.

Session Content

Many people already sense that this way of functioning is not sustainable.

But daily life quickly takes over again: one more meeting, a few late-night emails, reopening the laptop “just for a moment”… and the next day already starts with too little energy.

In today’s work environment, setting boundaries has become a real challenge.

Being available, flexible, continuing despite fatigue. These are behaviors that have often been valued for years. Over time, the brain turns them into automatic patterns.

As a result, saying “yes” starts to feel natural, while saying “no” can trigger tension or guilt, even when it would clearly be necessary.

Throughout this workshop, participants learn to recognize their own patterns:
where their energy goes, which habits maintain mental overload, and how to regain more focus and perspective in everyday life.

The workshop also introduces a more realistic view of work-life balance: not as the pursuit of perfect balance, but as the ability to make more conscious choices about where we invest our time and energy.
