Oh.That's how well-being at work gets embedded.

Your people are giving signals. HR picks them up. Managers are looking for guidance. And as a CEO, you know: well-being is no longer just an extra project, but a strategic prerequisite. Oh My People helps you build a well-being policy that starts from what is truly happening.

One policy, four pillars

Four pillars for well-being at work

A strategic well-being policy brings leadership, stress prevention, return to work, and AI-readiness together in a single approach. Not as separate initiatives, but as a cohesive whole supported at four levels: organization, managers, team, and individual. Because a policy that is not supported by people does not work.

Leadership & culture

Day One Attitude

Who takes ownership in your organization? We turn leadership into a daily, trainable choice. From the executive suite to the work floor.

Stress & resilience

Making Stress Work

Stress is not a weakness; it is information. We help your organization read the signals early and turn them into policy.

Return to work & reintegration

We’ve Got Your Back

How someone returns after an absence says a lot about who you are as an employer. We turn return to work into a moment of growth, for both the individual and the organization.

Human-centered AI

AI Starts With People

AI helps to accelerate, people provide direction. We train critical thinking as a team skill, so that your people drive the technology instead of following it.

Our starting question

What is your organization really struggling with?

A stress measurement that turns red. A conflict that continues to simmer. A long-term absence. An AI project that causes unrest. Usually, these are not the problem themselves, but a signal. Beneath the surface, culture, leadership, resilience, or workability are at play.

That is why every Oh My People trajectory begins with the same question: what is the real problem right now? Only when that is clear do you know which step will make the most difference. Sometimes it is a workshop. Sometimes a longer trajectory. And sometimes it starts with a conversation with the board first.

Our approach

A trajectory that truly sets things in motion.

Once the real problem is clear, we ask two questions: who wants to move, and who can move? ‘Wanting’ is about trust and mindset. ‘Being able’ is about resilience and stability. Many policies fail because one of these two questions is skipped.

You do not get a fixed program, but a path that aligns with your organization and your pace. We work simultaneously on four levels: organization, managers, team, and individuals. This way, a change in one place also affects the rest.

Why Oh My People

You are not looking for a standard module for a non-standard organization. You are looking for expertise that understands your context: the HR reality, Belgian legislation, and the fact that people do not flourish on command. Oh My People builds the bridge between employer and employee and brings science, practice, and experience together in trajectories focused on leadership, stress, return to work, and AI-readiness.

What you can expect:
  • A policy with strategic coherence. No calendar full of separate initiatives that work against each other

  • A network of experts. The right person for your question joins the table
  • Fast and personal contact, within 48 hours. You won’t end up in an automated email chain
  • Guidance throughout Belgium, from Ostend to Eupen. Wherever your organization is located, we come to you
  • More than 25 years of experience in both research and practice, built on the work floor itself
How does your Activation Quotient score?:

Do your people want to move forward? And are they able to do so?

Some organizations want to move forward but lack resilience. Others have enough structure but little ownership. With the Activation Quotient, we map out both questions. Not a heavy audit, but a sharp mirror.

In a short introductory meeting, we immediately translate the first insights into your context.
